LOAN-TO-VALUE: Residential Properties and Refis: Up to 100% financing available in California. Residential properties outside of California - 75% LTV. For commercial properties we lend up to 75% LTV.
TERMS: We offer flexible loan terms that are highly dependent on the loan specifics. Please note: the terms we offer are very competitive - more favorable than other high profile hard money lenders.
USE OF PROCEEDS: Hard money loans and subprime loans may be used for the specific purpose stated during the loan application.
HARD MONEY RATES: Rates vary from 6-12% per annum, interest only, depending upon collateral and loan structure.
COLLATERAL: Real estate and other fixed or liquid assets.
BROKER REFERRAL FEES: We offer referral fees to brokers who bring us hard money loan leads. The terms of our referral fees always depend on the loan specifics and financial strength of any loan deal.
TURNAROUND TIME: As quickly as 4 days. Our turnaround time is typically dependent on the borrower generating the proper financial documents for our investors to make their loan decisions.
